KLEENTEK: Kleentek Filter (KF Series) are used in system when the hydraulic fluid is heavily contaminated with water contamination or when conductivity fluid has been used.

How does KLEENTEK Filter (KF Series) works?

KLEENTEK Filter (KF Series) available in various model: K-50; F-50 and EX-50

KLEENTEK: KLEENTEK Filter (KF Series) utilizes a multi-layer fibers of difference absorption materials to remove contaminants that are very small in size. The fiber, together with the large filtering have a very cycle of time of clogging. KLEENTEK Filter can be used in both aqueous or non-aqueous fluids and the primary advantage of KLENTEK: KLEENTEK Filter over KLEENTEK: Electrostatic Oil Cleaner is that there is no limitation to the level of water contamination that KF cannot be used on.

KLEENTEK Filter (KF Series) is primarily suitable for fluids that has high level of water contamination, and it can be applied to manage the level of water contamination to a desired level.

How does KLEENTEK Filter Works?

SUMMARY:

Multi-Layer fibers, as shown in the figures, remove foreign materials in the fluid.

  • Longer filter life - Absorption is made, using two layers of specialty meshes, coarse outside and fine on the inside

  • No residual leakage of the contaminants that has been collected - a typical observeration (leaked contaminant) in conventional filters 

  • Oil Cleanliness of Class NAS 5 was achieved

  • Easy replacement of oil filters

  • Mineral oil content can be removed from water glycol

  • Used for the removal of water contamination due to environmental factor, in the case of the sea water from hydraulic system used for marine machinery

  • Used for the removal of water contamination found in lubricant oil used in steam engine and turbines system.

KLEENTEK: KLEENTEK Filter ('KF Series') come in various size and cleaning capacities, with different power supply/source configuration. In order to ensure that the most suitable cleaner is chosen for your application, environment and condition, the following parameters from the clients will need to be established: 

  • Type of fluid to be processed

  • Viscosity index of the fluid to be processed

  • Total quantity of the fluid to be processed

  • Operating Temperature of the fluid to be processed.

  • Power supply/source of the facility/factory

KLEENTEK Corp., Japan do not recommend using Kleentek Filter (KF Series) for fluid/lubricant or oil that has been severely contaminanted with high concentration of contaminants or if the viscosity index of the fluid to be processed exceeding 68cst.
